How does the free trial work?

Welcome opens the whole platform with 100 free credits, no subscription. A card is required at sign-up; it is only charged if you go beyond the free credits: 500 credits (€9.95) are topped up when your balance drops below 50, within a monthly cap you set (€50 by default). You can switch to a subscription whenever you like.

How do credits work?

Each subscription includes a monthly credit reserve — 1,000 with (Y)Oupi, 3,000 with Oupi + — used according to what you ask: a short question costs little, a long mission more. The reserve is renewed at each billing date; unused credits do not carry over. If it runs short, you buy credits or move up to the next plan.

Can I change plans?

Yes, from your account, whenever your usage changes.

And for a whole team?

Beyond thirty accounts, pricing switches to negotiated annual rates, with team management and the guarantees described on the page. Company.

Are all the models included?

Yes. You are not purchasing access to a specific supplier: you are buying the fact of no longer having to choose.
