Since 2 February 2025, providers and deployers of AI systems have had an AI literacy obligation. Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, the “digital omnibus”, rewrote it; the new version has been in force since 27 July 2026. They must now take measures to support the AI literacy of their staff and of the people who operate those systems on their behalf, without having to guarantee a given level for each person.

The text sets no format and no duration: it expects measures suited to roles and uses. Being able to show the measures you took, who was trained, when and on what, remains the best way to answer for them. That is what the platform organises.
