Company

One account.
All intelligences.

Deploying OUPI to an organization means replacing a plethora of individual subscriptions with a single tool, hosted in France, for which you control the rights and the records.

The starting point

AI is already in your home.
Without you.

Your teams did not wait. They opened personal accounts, paid with their card, attached contract excerpts in tools that you have never audited. This is not indiscipline, it is an unmet need.

The risk is not to adopt AI: it is to continue without knowing what comes out of the company. Opening named accounts is taking back control over a use that already exists.

Arithmetic

What it costs,
and what it replaces.

The calculation is rarely done because the subscriptions are scattered throughout the expense reports. Once stated, it goes without comment.

Today

Four to five subscriptions per person, often paid for through expense reports, with no visibility or framework agreement.

≈ 95 € per person per month
With OUPI

A subscription, an invoice, a contract. All capabilities included, regardless of the profession.

19 € per person per month
To two hundred people

The gap is no longer measured in subscriptions but in annual budget line.

≈ 180,000 € difference per year

The real gain is elsewhere: in the hours that your teams no longer spend redoing what a mission does alone, and in the tools that the IT department no longer has to audit one by one.

The six questions

What we are asked before signing.

In the order they arrive, and with the answers as they are.

Accommodation

Where are my data?

On servers located in France, operated by us. Your documents, your conversations, and your tasks do not contribute to any model training, neither with us nor with our suppliers.

For organizations that require it, the dedicated instance completely isolates your environment, and the Nexus One box allows execution on your own network.

Rights

Who sees what?

Workspaces compartmentalize data by team, and roles define who can read, write, administer, and connect a connector.

OUPI only has access to the resources that the person is already entitled to in your systems: it inherits your permissions, it does not create any.

Reversibility

What happens if we leave?

Your documents, conversations, and deliverables are exportable at any time, in open formats that can be read without us.

We do not practice confinement by proprietary format: what you have produced belongs to you and remains intact.

Traceability

How to justify what has been done?

Each mission retains its plan, its stages, its sources, its duration, and its cost. Engaging actions keep a record of who approved them and when.

The logs are accessible to administrators and exportable for an audit.

Cost

How much does it cost for two hundred people?

The price is per person and per month, including credit reserves, with no module to unlock. Beyond a few dozen accounts, pricing switches to negotiated annual rates.

The real economy is mostly measured in canceled subscriptions: most organizations stack four or five per person.

Control

And what if the model is wrong?

Each deliverable undergoes automated verification, and OUPI stops before any action that commits your organization.

Sensitive responses carry a reliability indicator, and the source is always cited to ensure that human verification remains possible.

Governance

Each team sees
what she must see.

The spaces compartmentalize data by team, the roles decide who reads, writes, administers, or connects a connector. A lawyer does not encounter commercial files, and no one has to deal with them on a daily basis.

Important point: OUPI inherits the rights that the person already has in your systems. It does not open any, nor does it circumvent any.

Extreme case

And if nothing
must go out?

For defense, health, or sensitive industry, the housing Nexus One execute on your own network, without internet access. The model comes to your data instead of your data going to the model.

It's the same product, the same interface, and the same missions — only the execution changes location.

The details of the guarantees and deployment methods.

Start small, decide later.

One team, a few accounts, one month. It's the best specifications you can write.

Beyond thirty accounts, negotiated annual pricing.
